Please congratulate the boy's golf team on a successful season. This team was the most successful in my time as a coach. We wrapped up our season with a second-place finish in the Ocean League finals at Black Lake Golf Course on Tuesday.

SM Golf invites you to participate in our annual STAFF/STUDENT golf event. If you are new to SMHS, this is a yearly tradition when teachers and other staff members can come out and be partnered up with a member of the boy's and/or girls' golf team and play a nine-hole round of golf at Santa Maria Country Club. Members of the girl's and boys' teams often invite a teacher to be their partner. This event is truly the highlight of the year for the students. Here are the basic details:

Closing out regular Season

The boy's golf team closed out their regular season yesterday with a victory against Mira Monte HS of Bakersfield. Thanks to Mr. Diaz for helping to make that happen. The day was really a win for both teams. The Saints earned a victory on the course and it sounded like Mira Monte was very grateful for the opportunity to come to the coast and play our fantastic home course. Hopefully it will be an ongoing arrangement for years to come. Thanks to Mr. Campbell for coming out and spending some time to see the boys in action.
