Mr. Markstone is a Santa Maria native and a graduate of Santa Maria High School (class of 2004). After high school, Mr. Markstone attended Allan Hancock College, Humboldt State University, and Chapman University. He lives locally with his wife and two kids. He very much enjoys playing and watching soccer, drinking and making coffee, commuting via bike, running, being outdoors, and reading. He also had a podcast, which he will tell you about. In fact, he will probably tell you all of this, because that's just how things go. He is always dressed for his next activity. He has never been a doctor or a lawyer.
